I thought this was kinda interesting. I knew AK would be at the top. There is no real state taxes here.
Looking at the state & local taxes only, its kinda ironic that Minnesota is only one rank worse than Utah. When considering the politics of the two states, one's Uber liberal, the other Uber Conservative (mabey THE-MOST conservative, with mabey the exception of some southern states). Yet despite the platform of republicans, Utah's right up there with all the very liberal states, near the worst to live in regarding taxes????? Isn't that totally contrary to the Republican platform????
