Tranyland will be an Arian nation. It will be a hardline communist regime full of genocide and political couruption. No one will be able to leave and when they voice their opinion they will be exicuted. I will reinstate slavery of the lesser races and goose step around my own island. We might be able to export some herroine or cocaine depending on the climate conditions. I will need to import tarter sauce and cigarettes. I probally could figure out how to brew/ferment bannannas. The tarter sauce would be for the toxic fish I retrieve from the Nuke tested waters. There would be a national nudity law, requireing all verile and minxish females to be nude at all times. I would also have public donkey shows. Or some of the yellow chicks from bangcock who do the dart and baloon trick. I am open for sugestions.

Here's a suggestion: get yourself a fucking spellchecker. :P
Good call except, it sounds a little like New Jersey. Add these:
Wednesday: Blowjob day. All females encountering a white male must drop to their knees. (Recall Cramer's speech about how Americans should be treated...) Only time blowjob is not accepted is when you yourself waive it off.
Friday: Hunt the criminal day. A convicted felon is dropped on the island armed with a NERF bow and arrow set. The first to kill the hunted gets a free night at the local whorehouse.
Saturday: Recovery. Anyone caught waking before 10:00am will be punished by not being allowed to play football at 12:00. 12:00 men vs. women "touch" football. Women are naked, of course. Touchdowns result in either all out orgy or reinactment of Wednesday.
Sunday: The Sabbath. All those who reside in Tranyland will pay homage to Trany. A meeting at 2:00 every Sunday afternoon will give all the opportunity to offer their women folk to the all powerful Trany. Trany will then decide which women folk are not worthy, and kick them off the island, via a giant cannon. (Much rejoicing). Any male folk not deemed worthy to live on the island because of tree-hugging hippie-like behavior-to include whining over silly shit-are labeled "Criminal", and have until Friday to evacuate the island.
Just some ideas. Oh, and I will be all powerful supreme chancellor of Tranyland...second only to one. Hehehee...

That's typical District 196 tactics. They didn't get to raise our taxes with the referendum last year so they hold another on a non-election year. That way, the only people who go out and vote are the ones that really want it or are really against it. Nice way to try and sneak it by. F those money-grubbing District 196 assholes 1000%. I am making a list of provisions. I am also working on my own constitution. I will need a cargo plane, and some parachutes. We will have supporters here in the states to drop supplys. To fund my regime I will have an offshore bank to launder money. We probally can have disel and other valuable resources shiped via frieghter. The national flag will be the jolly roger, we could also try to board and raid cruise ships and plunder them for women, booze, and anything else we see fit. Football is aceptable for nude sports. Tennis, basketball, bowling, and badmiten will not be permited to be played nude. We might need to set a trade route with Jack Daniels and Capt. Morgan. I also would have a no vegitarian law.
Thursday: Lesbian exabitionist day, All males are encouraged to join in. All females are legally obligated to fallow any request by any male citizen. This should include watersports and whiped creame.
Now I just have to figure out what to charge for citizenship?

Let me see if i can understand this right. They have been claiming to be severly overbudget for more that 4 years trying to pass levies. Now all of a sudden since the levey passed they not only have 16.3 million more from that but they ended up being 22+ under budget or surplus anyway!!?!?!?!?!

Those dirty cock-smokers beat Rosemount Varsity 5-4 in one of the better hockey games I've watched...EVER. My little bro had a pair of assists, but oh my god was he pissed when he came home. Cramer/Pfaff would be proud of some of the words he uttered regarding his "defense".
FYI Rosemount Varsity this year is 2-3, every loss is by ONE goal, and they almost tied #2 in the state ranked Jefferson, my little brother scored with 2.9 seconds left in the game and THEN they called him offsides. After the goal was in the net & everything!!!! Fuck it, burn down Bloomington/Jefferson too. If you want to come watch some good hockey, Teusdays & Saturdays are the games.

I think its more an accounting oversight. How can you say that you are running in the red with 16 M in the bank? I know that I couldnt lose 16 M. We expect these people to teach children math. We expect these people to set morals examples (in the absolute absence of the breeder-parents.) They can’t use these skills for themselves! They’re arithmetically incompetent and liars! If a business were run like a school district it wouldn’t be in business very long.
We need to stop the senseless bleeding of money into organizations that aren’t financially responsible. They have the mentality that they’ll always be able to get funds from the sympathetic public, and therefore spend beyond their means. The brainwashed left thinks that everything needs to be “socialized” and made more “equal” which lead to the public having to bail out these organizations, which starts the cycle all over again.

Look at the Savings and Loans scandel. These school districts are nothing but the common crooks. They can misuse funds and get away with it. A quick comment on the subject of the school district. You really can't expect them (or any tax-supported entity) to be financially responsible unfortunately. They have no reason to be, there's no accountability for losing money. In a private business, it's save money or parish if you're having financial problems. Having worked for a company that was on the verge of extinction for a year or more, I saw firsthand how creative and highly motivated people get when the company's fighting to stay afloat. Not so in the pubic sector, we'll just get more tax money to support our poor spending habits. Even more infuriating is the fact that to justify their budget, they have to spend ALL the money. If they didn't, it would get trimmed. All the more reason to make sure it all gets spent. Sickening.
