Hey guys, just wanted to post (late) saying Merry Christmas, have a Happy New Year, and Oh my God did I really just watch the motherfucking Vikings miss the playoffs by getting beat by the GOD DAMN Arizona fucking Cardinals? [brd] [Mad] [gun1] [shoot] [throwup] [weep] [weep] [weep]

Argh!

Sorry I haven't posted that much, my laptops Network Card decided to fail on me, so I have to post on the MP Station computer.

Anyway, take it easy, see you guys VERY soon!

Was wondering what happened to you..... You should try one of those USB network cards Linksys sells for like $20. I have one hooked to my PS2 works great.

Missed you at the big LAN on Saturday. Hope you make next years....

Yeah, I'll just run out to the local Best Buy here and pick one of those up. [Wink]

Yes, I will be there next year! Hopefully I won't be as rusty as I will be when I get home!

Actually, the Bosnia people are coming home in April, but the Sinai people should be home a couple months before that. I'm guessing February or sooner.

Klaus, yeah, I could order one online but I'll be home soon so I'll just wait. Woohoo.

Mikey, I heard about some shenanigans up at Eagle Base, you know anything about that? That's cool that they have a BF1942 server set up...bastards! We have a MICROWAVE network on our base...it's either down or it's really slow. No network gaming going on here. [Smile]

Well, talk to you guys later.

Yes, I am home.

Sorry, haven't checked these boards in a while.

I'm at Cargill Dow still, but we moved offices.

I'll call you this week, Scott, I've got something for you from the strange and exotic Egypt...oooh...ahhh...

P.S. The Sunfire is no more! I just bought a new car yesterday. Hooray.

See you guys soon.

Glad you got home safe (and still have your job).
I hope my gift is more than a bag of sand - but hey, could use some sand this time of year..

What kind of car did you buy?? Now if I can just get Michelle to get rid of her Sunfire....

Gisel, I was looking at the picture page and I do have to admit, you look pretty good for a gaming female. Having said that, don't expect any sympathy when we meet on the battlefield. I am a fighter first, lover second.

Ha, thanks for the camel...that one is HOT!

I rode a camel when I visited the pyramids...got some funny stories and pictures.

Anyway, I bought a 2003 Grand Am GT from Valley Olds (my family has bought 3 of our last 4 from the same guy so he gives us a pretty damn good deal). It's got 4,700 miles on it, and is fully loaded, which is pretty cool. I love it...it's like a Sunfire but with a bigger engine, bigger body, sunroof, spoiler, etc, and everything works!

So I'm happy. Plus, my girlfriend just got sworn in Friday as a member of the Minnesota State Patrol...

Someday we'll all have to go out for drinks or something.

Talk to you soon.

-Eric

I have actually heard good things about the Grand Am... Did you get the factory installed XM radio [Smile] I was hoping you would have said a 2004 Celica but a Grand Am is cool too.

We still play cards every couple weeks - maybe we could have a poker night some Friday and you could stop by (with the GF?). Michelle has been on me to have a non-magic type of gathering so we will see...

Yeah, I'll call you this weekend.

I've got the Timberwolves/Lakers game tonight, but maybe tomorrow night or Monday at Brads?

Tiff is on 2-10's with the State Patrol, so her nights are pretty much shot. But we'll have to do a dinner or something with the women-folks in tow. [Smile]

Talk to you later

Check the "cards" thread in the magic forum. You should stop by for sure tomorrow night (my house). Think it will be poker and Mario card not magic this time. Probably 8pm to ? (last Friday I think we broke a record - 4:30am)

Michelle works at Target corp downtown 8-5 Monday-Friday and Chilis on Friday and Sat night. She would love to meet Tiff (so would I) - lets do dinner sometime for sure. My birthday is coming up and she wanted to plan a couples thing for everyone - will add you and Tiff to the list.
