Mars Odyssey successfully entered orbit around Mars. It communicated with ground crews within one second of the estimated blackout time after it traveled behind Mars. It is the first successful arrival at Mars since the 1999 failures of Mars Climate Orbiter and Mars Polar Lander.

If Tranyland was on Mars, you could claim the whole planet as yours. That way you could tax anything on the planet or in its orbit.
