I'm thinking that this may be just the perfect sport for the cabin trips? Played this last weekend while I finished my advanced diver certification at lake Wazee in Wisconsin. I totally forgot how much fun it was. The new paintball guns are so much more advanced now then they were the last time I played (just outa high school). I priced everything out and everyone could get into to it for less than $200 bucks. The 20oz cylenders last about 500 to 600 shots. They are cheap as hell to refill and I think we could play all weekend on 2 of them. There are a ton of fun scenarios to play. We played this weekend with only 4 players and it was fun as hell. With 6 or 8 players it would be even that much more fun.

Just thought I would throw it out there. It would be something that EVERYONE at the cabin could do together and it's much cheaper then a lot of other hobbies. Let me know because if there is enough interest I will start buying the shit soon.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I would play as long as everyone has the same gun. None of this pee-shooter vs machine gun shit.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I've always loved paintball. But without a big group and a place to play it is an abhorently expensive sport. Playing at a comercial outfit and renting everything you end up droping 150-200$ in no time at all.

So, in short, yeah I'm up for it.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I think we just need to limit it to a set max muzzle velocity, air tank size and magazine size.

The rest should take care of itself.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

AND shots per minute that a gun can shoot. I haven't played, but everytime I hear complaints about some guy that can shoot 3 times faster than the rental guns etc. Dosen't seem like fun if someone can spend extra $$$ and get a gun that shoots faster then anyone else.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

Most of the non target guns will shot as fast as any of us can pull the trigger so dont worry about that too much.

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

We could all do a bit of shopping over the next few days and post here what gun they like the best. If we play games in the woods like I did this weekend it has more to do with cover/concealment and spotting your opponant then the gun you use. Chad, in response we played only with four people and it was f'n cool. We did a capture the flag every man for himself with the flag in the middle. If we even had two more like 3v3 I think it would be way cool. Like I said we would play at the cabin and I'm sure the Dykstras fees for the use of their woods are reasonable. And the guns and two 20oz CO2 canisters with face mask is under 200 bucks. I think thats cheap. The paintballs are cheap as hell now too. You can get 1000 of them for about 18 bucks.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Maybe you can get a 6 pack of the same gun and save some cash. That would make it fair [Smile]

Obviously, the use of the land around the cabin would work well. Across the creek would be optimal - but it is very wooded. Some trails should be cut to make it more manageable. There is just a lot of underbrush and fallen trees to deal with. Otherwise, there are plenty of open spaces we could find elsewhere. We can scout an area over Labor Day.

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

Who is all going up on labor day weekend?

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

At last count it was Steve, Chad, and maybe Brad.

Posted by Ender (Member # 55) on :

Sounds like fun.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

I believe the majority of paintball places use Tippmann 98 custom's as their rental guns. They are one of the most durable easy to modify guns out there. You can do a lot of simple customization stuff to them as well as beat the crap out of them and with a simple cleaning, have them ready to use for the next weekend. We talked about paintball up there before...

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

Here is a link that has comments on this gun at the bottom. You have the ability to get a nicer barrel, electric hopper, etc. Beginners and Pro's use this gun.

http://www.paintballwatch. com/listmodel.asp_Q_ID_E_3200_A_sub_E_7007

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

That was kinda my point, playing at a rental place for the day they nickle and dime you to death especially on paint. They rent fields by the hour, charge a little bit for each piece of equipment rental, then they get you on paint, CO2 recharges etc. And even if you bring your own paint they charge you for using outside paint.

So if we have a place and buy all our own stuff it should be MUCH cheaper like you said mikey.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

That gun looks nice - at least it's metal unlike the Walmart type guns.

If we decide to do it - we should all order at the same time to avoid a couple guys buying gear and everyone changing their mind.......know what i mean?

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

They have been making that gun for a long time so people could potentially pick it up whenever and not have to worry about someone getting a "new model" or whatever.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

That's not really my point, is it?

I am trying to say lets avoid lets say Chad and myself going out and buying $300 worth of gear - and then everyone else decides they aren't interested in playing. I don't want to me the preverbal "bag holder".......

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I hate being stuck holding my bag too! [Big Grin]

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

The owner of the dive shop that i frequent is getting into selling guns and I believe the tippman 98 is the gun I used this weekend and it performed flawlessly and would shoot as fast as i could pull the trigger. I will ask him today when I drop off my drysuit I rented what kind of pricing he would give me on three sets. His scuba gear is just about at internet pricing so I'm sure he would be pretty close on paintball gear too.

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

So far looks like:

ME
Scotty D
Chad
Luke
Hauser

thas five...
Do I hear a Steve D? How about Boon?

In my opinion one of the most fun 200 bucks I will have spend in a long time.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

I wasn't specifically referring to your post [Wink] We should get a count of how many are interested. We can play locally at my dad's land (10 acres) that is 2 minutes from my house. It is completely wooded but the ground has been cleared of the nasty thorns, burrs, etc. It would be a perfect place for paintball. If we would play around here as well as at the cabin, that would make me more interested.

Posted by ProfBooty (Member # 21) on :

That sounds like a lot of fun but at the moment, it's not in the budget. If you're talking for the Oct. trip, I may be able to swing it by then.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

Did everyone bail on this idea? It would be a heck of a fun thing to do this fall...

Posted by BoondockSaint (Member # 67) on :

I can't afford to kill you all. [Smile]

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Is this the type of gun you are talking about?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=47247&item=3697810902&rd=1

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

That is the gun. I looked last week and there were around 200 of them on ebay in various conditions. You can get a used one with better barrel, trigger, grips, electric hopper, and a collapsible stock for around the same price on ebay if you look. A nicer barrel makes you shoot a bit further and enhances accuracy, the trigger helps you shoot faster. An electric hopper helps load the balls better and faster, and the grips and stock are for comfort. They also make a kit that moves the Co2 to your body with a flexible hose to the gun so it is lighter and smaller when shooting. We should maybe decide if it is okay for people to buy used upgraded versions of these or if everyone should start off with the basics and we can go from there...

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Good idea. I stopped by Gander Mountain at lunch to check out what they had. They carry the Tippman 98 kit for $199 and gun only for I think $120. They also have many other (cheaper) guns that will do semi auto/burst/full auto (20bbs) for like $99. I agree we should all decide on the ground rules before we buy. Mike - thoughts?

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

I think as long as we all have the Tippmann 98 CUSTOM the add-ons and upgrades to the guns would be just fine. I just think we should stay away from full-auto and such. Also, I have been told to make sure to get the 98 CUSTOM model and not the plain 98.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Ok, sounds like a good guide line. I won't complain too much about all the add ons, Hauser. Although, the trigger and loader do help you to shoot faster. Expensive too - just checked into some of them online.....

Once we get enough ppl I will probably just get the $199 kit from Gander and go with that. A barrel would be nice in the woods and maybe stock but they are about $70 each.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

Yes, the 98 CUSTOM is the gun we are going to buy.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

I was gonna say we should try to get a group deal on this stuff as I realy don't have the money to put into it this year..... [Frown]

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

If anyone can find a deal lets do it. But Mike and I figure after you buy the standard stuff you will have $200 into it.

Maybe Hauser can loan you his gun for the cabin trip Chad [Smile] I figured Steve could just get a $60 Walmart semi auto etc if he dosent have the $200.

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

I dont have the money either but it's just too much fun!!!

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I'm willing to do it if we can get a group buy from somewhere with all the goodies. Mask, Etc...

Is anyone around for applebees tonight to discuss this, Klaus, Mikey!!!

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

I would love to but I work M-F nights now [Frown]

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Missed your post Chad - I agree we should get together and plan this soon. Maybe we can do it during the game Sunday.

All the 98 customs seem to be going for about $120 on ebay. Would be nice to get 6 98 custom kits for around $150 each. However, every quanity discount I have seen are for like $5 off each kit.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

I went to the paintball shop that is in Hudson and asked some questions. They have the 98 custom for 120 dollars with no accessories. He said it is absolutely the gun to get because of how sturdy and bulletproof they are. The first mod he suggested is a different barrel and he suggested NOT doing the flatline because it is not very accurate (it does shoot twice as far tho...) They had 4 or 5 different medium priced barrels for around $40. He also mentioned that without a trigger upgrade, an electric hopper really won't make much difference. regular gravity fed hopper feeds 4-5 balls a second. An electric feeds 11-15.
If we have questions, he we can definately call and ask these guys as they seem to be more than helpful. I have around 10 guns I am tracking on ebay so if I am able to snag one or two at a very fair price, I will let you guys know. Even used, these guns are very nice. You can actually buy a replacement kit that contains all the orings and inside parts for like 40 bucks and you have a new gun.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Good info. I have sent out a few emails to internet dealers looking for quantity discounts if 6 or more 98 custom power packs are ordered.

I still think this is the way to go. You get everything in the kit you need and I have found it for $169 with free shipping so far. Would be nice to get it under $150.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

169 for that deal is quite good. I think we should try to get 8 people to do this.

So who is in for sure?

Hauser
Scott
Mike
Chad
-----
Luke?
Brad?
Younger Williamsesesese?
Steve?

I know You're not coming Eric But maybe for next year?

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I know Steve would be in if he can come up with the cash. Luke has $4000 or whatever so I am sure he could come up with the $170. [Smile]

Guys,
I have been doing some reading and the very first upgrade most people suggest on these is a barrel upgrade. After reading TONS of reviews the barrel people agree is the absolute best for your money is the J & J ceramic barrel. It is only 30-40 dollars and increases accuracy and distance. It also will automatically clear a chopped or broken ball by shooting a couple more through it. Most barrels have to be squeegee'd clean (flatline, dye, etc.) in order to shoot correctly again. It compares very well to the 100+ dollar barrels. Not that we are going to be upgrading initially, but at least we know where to start.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

Luke and I have ordered our 98 Custom Power packs....170$...Free Shipping....

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Mike has a type of barrel that his friend that rents and sells paintball gear suggested. I think it might be the type you mentioned Hauser. And yes I think that's the first upgrade that should be done.

Cool Chad - I will order mine and one extra (Steve's probably) today. That's six guns for the cabin trip without including Hauser. Should be fun. If we get the stuff in the next week or so - maybe we could play on Hausers land as a warm up.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

The land is always available for play so let me know and we can plan something. If I get my gun in time, You guys can borrow it for the cabin trip if necessary.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I am going to go look into paint prices, etc. at Galyans today....

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Walmart and Fleet Farm have cheap prices it looks like also. I think Walmart has 20 OZ tanks for $20. 1000 balls for around $20 also.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Ok, I am going to order from bradyspaintball.com today. The webmaster replied to my pricing on 6 powerpacks with $155 and free shippings. Does anyone need a gun or any supplies? I am ordering 4 guns between Mike and I. He might not give me the $155 price unless I get the order total up. So any tanks or paint let me know.

If you are going to order tanks ill take two of whatever you guys get, luke would too so go ahead....I didnt think you were going to pursue this so luke and I ordered this morning...

I doubt you will get free shipping on bulk paint so I think luke and I will get some locally....

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I was just going to order extra tanks and maybe a chest protector with the guns. I sent out probably 8 requests for pricing last week and didn't hear from anyone until this morning. I emailed him back about only ordering 4 guns - it will all workout. I will order two 20oz tanks for you and Luke.

Mike is looking into refilling options. Bradyspaintball.com has several valves on their website Mike.

a 20oz tank is a pretty big ass tank [Eek!]

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

There is a local paintball shop in Eagan here.

http://www.grudaddy.com/GDX04storespecails.htm

I also refer to this site for local phone numbers and info.

http://www.mnpig.com/

If you do a 20 ounce tank, you more than likely need to do a drop forward which will move the tank forward under the gun for balance, or get a remote line and carry the tank on your body with the line to the gun.

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

Thats just not true about the 20 oz tank. I played with Tippann 98's last month with 20 oz tanks and they were not a problem at all. Of course you won't be able to use that little gimmick of a shoulder butt thing but thats prett much a waste anyway. Anyone camping that much is a puss.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I think the aluminum 20oz tank isn't that heavy.

Chad find anything out on paint? I saw 900 for $24 at Gander Mtn, that was about the cheapest there.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

Galyans has buckets of cheapo paint 1500 for $35.

I have yet to check fleet farm.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

The Eagan paintball place has 2000 for 40 bucks.

are our guns here yet?

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

What do you think? They were ordered on Monday with free shipping....... I am sure it's not FedEx priority overnight [Smile]

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I am going to go by the place in Eagan Today to take a look at and most likely buy paint for luke and myself as well as all the accesssories we will need. Anyone else interested? Maybe Chilli's or Applebee's tonight. Mike you talked about a possible casino run some night this week?

LOL, ANY and I mean ANY spare time I have had I have been playing. The online games are ramping up quite a bit too! Did you get the wheel? If you're boored and need some competition let me know. [Wink]

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

No wheel I am broke. I am getting pretty decent with the analog stick. Maybe in the future I will get a wheel tho. I will try online tonight see if I can get my USB network card to work.

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

I am up for Applebees tonight ... I get done with training around 3pm or so. Give me a call Chad and I will go to the PB shop with you.

Scott, my brother wants to know if you need payment right away or do you want him to pay you on the trip?

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Put in on a credit card - so payment during the trip would probably be better (so I don't spend it before the bill arrives).... But let him know if for any reason he can't make it - he still owns a paintball gun [Wink]

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

Hauser did you get a gun yet?

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

I have not got one yet. Maybe in the next week or two...

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Hurry or we are going to be a gun short for the cabin trip [Smile]

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Mike - looks like the guns will be here on Wednesday. I called and they had a "problem" and the order didn't get shipped. I suspect they were out of the kits. They are 2nd daying it to me today (we will see).

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

Excellent! Thanks for doing that Scott, I know it's a pain in a**. I went to Cabelas yesterday and bought some camo tape. There will be more than enough to do a few guns if anyone is interested.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

No problem. I will say i like ordering computer parts better - they seem to get shipped asap with not issues. Seems to me the PB guys are more like just order takers and everything is drop shipped from the same warehouse etc.

I got some of those 50% off paintballs from sport mart, they seem pretty shitty in the quality department, but I guess we will see. The power pack comes with a squeege, we might need it [Smile]

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

Im having exactly the same problems with the place I ordered from it's bs. Even moreso because i didnt just call up and order I bought them in an auction on Ebay and it is against e-bay policy for them to auction something they dont have on hand. Especially when they dutch auction for 5 kits. [brd] Galyans has like 40 of the kits on the shelf in plain view for 179 so if the assholes cant get me our kits by friday then I'm stoping payment on the credit card and going to Galyan's.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Make sure you put that in their feed back. I always check for any negative feedback before I bid on stuff. I have been very lucky so far on ebay to not have run into any sellers that do this stuff.

The guy I talked to this morning started by asking what I ordered and then quickly stated "do you still want that stuff"? I asked what had happened and he gave me a super vague answer about "the warehouse" not shipping it. I never even got to ask him about the three emails I sent last week to three separate people, that got no response....... He is supposed to call me with a UPS 2nd day air ticket tracking number today...... nothing yet

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I always check feedback too. Problem Is people are too patient on ebay now for fear of reprisal feedback. All the sellers on ebay now kinda have you against the ropes because their 30,000 feedback 100-200 negatives mean nothing and they wait to leave you feedback until you have left them feedback, if you leave neg they leave neg.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Chad did you get a 12 or 14" barrel?

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

12"

Also guns I ordered will be here wed.

I still want to play this weekend if anyone wants too.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I can probably play sometime this weekend.

Are we going to be ok on guns for the cabin trip. I think there are 7 people and I know 6 new guns. Mike did you say Nick will have an extra? Otherwise we could send Brad to Walmart to buy one of those $40 semi auto pumps [Smile] . We will probably be short one mask for sure.

How many paint balls should each person have? And tanks? Anyone have an idea?

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I have a 20% off paint, 10% off guns coupon for Galyans if anyone needs it.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I think one person would have to realy try to burn up 2000 balls in two days with the number of people we will have. I will probably bring 2500 I am getting 2 16oz tanks in addition to the 9oz in the package. If I burn through all that then it's time to drink anyway.

Where did you get thoes coupons?!

Posted by Mikey (Member # 42) on :

Nick does have an extra gun for sure with 2 20oz bottles. I have 3k paintballs but will probably only bring 2k. I may buy one more 20oz bottle Scott that way I know for sure we wont run out.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

So about 1000 per gun?

I got the coupon out of a Paintball magazine.

Sportmart still has 50% the cheap paint (green/yellow is all i found)

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

I'll take that coupon.

I am bringing 2500 for myself and luke will probably bring 2000. I wanted to wait until I had my gun in hand before buying a bunch of stuff so this week thrus or friday I will go get some paint, tanks, etc. I'll also be going to a military surpluss stor for some stuff thurs or friday. I am gonna get some camo paint from somewhere too.

I want to play on saturday at the place off 42 in east rosemount. "Adventure Zone Paintball" i think the company is called. They have open play from noon to 6pm. I have been to three different places around the twin cities and that was the best one. 4 fields great setup. But kinda expensive.

20$ field fee for the day
10$ surcharge for outside paint
Bring your own paint because they bend you over at the field for paint

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Let me know when you go to Galyan's I will go with you and give you the coupon.

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

Give that coupon, for the gun, to who ever it is that needs to buy a cheap gun localy. Galyans has the best prices localy for markers and they have a very good selection from cheap to extravgant.

I just want the one for the paint.

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Ok, I just checked the coupon is for 15% off paint. I got the four guns today. Now I just need to go fill the tanks. Does Galyans do that?

Sportmart had the gun I referenced below for $49 marked down from $129 - I doubt Galyans can beat that [Smile]

Posted by Chadwick (Member # 45) on :

They might!

I definetly want the paint coupon if you want to go up ther tonight I am at work and could run up there with you if you come get me (or meet me there). Say when!

My office is off american boulevard and old cedar ave...

Hauser - any word on if you will get your gun (marker) before the trip? There is only one $49 gun left at Sportmart - if Brad needs to buy it we shouldn't wait much longer.

Posted by Hauserdaddy (Member # 50) on :

I am just waiting to get an email back from the guy selling it. He is local so I can make the purchase as soon as he responds with a good day. I am trying but I don't want any pissiness if I don't get it. Hopefully I will have it by early next week for you to take up. I will update you on Monday...

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

Brad asked me to pick up that VL Orion marker at Sportmart that was on clearance. SO we should be fine - but if you get your gun before we leave we should probably take it with as a back up.

Brad here is a review of your new $40 gun [Smile]

http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/2155/?expdesc=1#description

Dosen't sound too bad actually!

Posted by Klaus (Member # 66) on :

I think we need to all pitch in $10 and get a chrono to test the speed of our guns. Mine seems to be a little "hot" and I wouldn't want to be shot by a gun that's set up for over 300fps. I have heard that 320 will shatter goggles.... I read on paintball-forum.com that Walmart sells a $40 version that works ok - but I didn't see any when I was there. Probably the best place to get one is at a paintball store.

I have 2500 balls and two 20oz, two 9oz between Steve and I.

I have 3k balls and two 20oz and one 9oz cyl. for myself. My brothers both have two 20oz cyl. and I told them to buy 2k balls each.

Any leads on a chronograph

Holy, you think we will shoot 2500 balls each?

I was planning on maybe one more 20oz tank between the two of us.

It looks like we should get around 1000-1400 balls on a 20oz - 200-300 on a 9oz.

I hopefully will be getting my gun tomorrow. *crosses fingers* If I do, I will drop it off at Chad's or give it to Luke to bring up.

I found a place in Annandale that had the Chrono's in stock for a decent price ($70). Steve is returning from Thief River today and is going to pick it up.

It will be $10 each.

My first test showed 294fps. So they are set a little hot from the factory. I understand that with CO2 temperature makes a big difference.

I would say like 275 would be perfect.

Had a lot of fun on Saturday playing - the semi trailer turned out to be a great prop.

My favorite game was the one where the 4 defenders jumped out of the trailer and had 30 seconds to get ready before the 3 attackers were to attack. Chad however forgot this small rule and started shooting as we were picking up our guns. I had enough time to jump into the wood pile as Luke and Steve both got hit. I was pinned down because it was now 3v2 and Brad got hit within 30 sec. I gave up [Frown]

LOL - it was fun Chad I am just giving you shit. I wasn't mad - but your brother was since he got hit pretty much before he had taken his barrel plug out. I was just lucky I guess, and jumped into the wood pile. I was completely pinned down by crossfire from both sides which was kinda scary with paint flying everywhere. Fun tho....

Everyone's guns and gear work well? Any future updates from the experience? hehe

My gun worked great - didn't break one ball with the stock barrel.

The last game, I hit Steve a bunch of times but none of the balls broke. I figured it out after the game that my CO2 was low. Check FPS often is my point.

Everyone should get radios with ear pieces for group communication.

Red dot sight was useful in some situations but up close it was all spray and prey.

Clear hoppers aren't good for woodsball - they give away your position by showing the bright colored balls inside.

200 ball hoppers are usually good enough.

Steve and I used about 1200-1500 balls between us.

Cool. I did get my gun on Thursday. While test firing it before I bought it, The banjo nut that adjusts the velocity blew off so I have it in the shop by my house getting that piece put back into it. That should be done Wednesday so if anyone is up for paintball this weekend (Chad mentioned Sunday) I also would be up for it. I will look around pricewise at the local PB places and see who has the best price to go there and shoot. I doubt we would get enough people to play out by my house for free. Did brad's gun shoot okay?

I might be able to do Sunday. Mike said he could play. I would really prefer to get a bunch of us together and try your field over playing somewhere with a bunch of random people (but that's just me).

Brad's gun shot pretty well, I think.

I would like to play with more people. I am going to play at the rosemount place unless you can get like 10 or more people. Playing just us is fine but playing with more people is more fun IMO.

"More fun also" = more expensive in this case [Wink]

I don't care what we do but cheap is definately better for me...

I will look at loal fields and prices on the mnpig.com site...

Already did look around.

There are very few quality outdoor fields in the TC. Rosemount is one of them.

Annandale is also good from what I have heard fromt the paintball shops and cheaper but it's way to far away. I have not heard good things about the hudson place.

If you cant aford 20$ to play paint ball for the day you should'nt have bought the gun mike.

I don't have alot of money to throw around either but that dosnt mean I cant cough up 20$ for an afternoon of great fun and excersize.
