If they somehow make it to support DM interface, i would play it for sure. Otherwise it will probibly suck. D&D is all about having a DM guide you through an adventure, not about grinding through levels, crafting, farming for items, etc.
We will see i guess, but im not too optimistic about it.

It's funny that you said that because that's one of the few positive things so far...
PROS
- When you attack you actually see the d20 rolling your attacks...kinda cool
- When you enter a new area text crosses the screen, just like a DM telling you stuff. i.e. "You see footprints in the room of many sizes...and hear scratching further down the hallway."
- The feats, skills, character sheet, etc D&D all the way...no changes there...
- Graphics are pretty sharp
CONS
- It's not WOW
- Controls are clunky and awkward...doesn't have the smooth feel like WOW
- Not enough action bars
- No spoken dialogue (yet I hope)
- Purchasing system is horrible, no item comparison, etc.
- No introduction story (who the hell am I?) (Yet, I'm sure)
