the Pelican Box's ROCK - I've used them a lot and there really is no substitute for a Highly impact resistant waterproof box, its even got a purge valve to equilize air pressure when flying....

That Mr. Buddy heater is really good, or the coleman "Black Cat" line is good,,,,, The cool thing about those too models is that they're "catalytic" heaters and you can used them in tents and small areas and not asphyxiate yourself from the fumes.... I've got a black cat to heat the toppered-back of my pickup.....

Steve has two Pelican cases and they work great for camera gear. Kind of bulky and expensive but worth it for expensive equipment.

Or the latest place to gather, drink and watch the fire....and laugh at those who burnt up all their shit by this " portable sun".

sounds great Tim...perhaps you can get a few of them, and get a new van and rid of that FUCKING BLACK DOG.

GOOD LUCK!

Pelsue makes a damn good heater.here
We used these in tents to build cell sites last winter. It does require an outlet or generator to force air. I have also had toasty warmth out of the little sunflower's and their sun like radiance.
