Hey Rokstar I heard you had a remote starter installed in Mary's 80 - what brand did you get and was it an easy install? Does it conflict at all with the factory alarm/FOB? Thanks

We bought the top of the line starter system at Dealer Automotive Services, over by Marshall Fields warehouse store between West Broadway & East Hennepin. I think we paid about $350.00 including install...but it took 4 times for them to get it working correctly. The factory alarm module comes out, but the remote start has a starter kill incorporated in it...if you get in the truck and try to shift, put your foot on the brake, etc. while it is running without putting the key in the ignition, truck dies...give me a call for more info 651 260-2999...not sure I would recommend Dealer Auto Services...the problem turned out to be a bad solder, but since have had some elec. glitches...Good Luck!
