.337BA -The victim operator drove a 4 wheel 400 cc ATV westbound on his unsurfaced driveway for approximately 131 feet and then began to execute a turn to the right. The ATV rolled over once and landed upright. The operator was killed when he was thrown from the ATV and it rolled over him. Alcohol was a factor. <------NO SHIT
