Not to "Correct" you chad, but this thing didn't go to court at least, but the court system did let the charges be filed. The defendents settled before trial, to avoid the nasty $$$$$$ of fighting it. I don't know what would of happened in court, it might of been good, and they would of chucked it out........ Your right though, this is a pisser...

The fucking fact that the slimy bastard was even allowed to file a motion in a court of law about this, MAKEING IT MANDATORY that the others get involved, and thus fiscally pinch them, he has suceeded on multiple fronts, aided by the system that was not ever put in place to " defend " loser fucks like this man. Again, money...that is what it is all about.
If that fucking ACLU group was worth a shit, they wold be ALL OVER THIS. If this is not a case that they should be involved with, then they should shut that outfit down too.

Yes I wholeheartedly agree that its a total sham that your even allowed to file charges such as this (thats why I posted the article). I rarely find "GOOD" customer service, and I will go out of my way to support a business if they do have it.....
However, I almost wish it had gone to trial, so they could of blown this asshole out of the water an made HIM PAY for the expenses of the people he inconvienced. He's certainly the only one guilty of anything -> bad customer service...............
