Yo,
From October to December in 2009, I ran a little "fitness challenge" which consisted of 12 workouts posted 1 a week. It was pretty fun and we had 12 people finish it and I made up some decent shirts for their accomplishments!
Well, I'm starting it again Feb. 1 running through April 30. Any skill/fitness level is welcome to do it, I let people substitute any reasonable effort for the workouts if they couldn't do them as posted. Mecho and Boondock finished it last time with flying colors and thought it was decent enough to give it another go....
