I just picture a shady back room, 3 government officials in long black trenchcoats standing around a reinforced glass box with a Kinder Egg inside. The one on the right takes a long drag off his cigarette and mutters, "Do it". An explosives expert off to the side presses the plunger and a low thump emits from the box with a flash. The Kinder Egg won't harm any children today!

As someone who has "smuggled" in like 20 Kinder eggs (I guess they're illegal...who knew?!) Those toys are miracles of engineering...how you can fit a functional Disney merry-go-round toy inside a chocolate egg and still make it small enough for a California kid to swallow them and make them illegal for the entire U.S. (probably winning a multi-million dollar lawsuit in the process) is just amazing.
